My Story
I navigated perimenopause alone, confused, exhausted, and not understanding what was happening to my body. I went to my doctor and was told it was just part of aging. So I got to work. I read over 20 books, attended summits, completed a certification in integrative nutrition for hormone health, and dove deep into the research. I lost 40 pounds. My symptoms shifted. I found my footing.
And then I hit post-menopause and realized the story was not over. Estrogen drops by up to 90% and with it goes the protection it was quietly giving your heart, your bones, your brain, and your gut.
